We show the rental, collect applications and conduct a thorough credit and reference check. Once we find the right tenant we collect the security deposit.
When we receive rent payments, we forward it to you quickly for single-family homes or setup a schedule payment date for multiple units. We send easy-to-read monthly statement along with the rent. You can access statements online through your Owner Portal as well – along with any invoices or billing statements for repairs performed during the month.
We use trusted vendors and contractors for all maintenance and repairs. If a repair is going to be costly, we notify you first to develop a plan of action.
